Last week I was in Colorado. I flew to Denver and then drove through the mountains to Glenwood Springs. I figured I would enjoy the drive and sure enough... it was as beautiful as I expected. I will now say... I took some great pictures and will post some soon... Im sure you are thinking "Yeah Right." I truly have good intentions but it always seems like I remember to update my blog when Im not at home and that is where the pictures are.
We finally decided to get a new couch. Every time Kenny or Derek sit down the couch cracks and pops.... I keep telling them that its gonna break! We decided to look into the Macy's sale and sure enough, they had some nice ones on sale. We got a sectional that seats 6 including one prone! It will be interesting to see who gets that spot more often, Kenny or Derek.
Derek's marching season wrapped up on Saturday, more pictures that need to be posted, yada yada yada. They finished 7th (and it was a bogus ranking) They should have ranked higher!!! And thats not just "mom" talking. Im looking forward to getting the video back because I felt they did a better job this time around than at regionals and they received a 1 there.
Thanksgiving is coming up and we are getting ready! The couch is step 1. From there its down hill to Christmas.
These pictures were on my drive across the mountains and back... most were from the moving car! Man i'm either nuts or multi talented! No comments please! ;-)
