Friends

Tonight I had dinner with some of my friends Ive known for well over 20 years. Thinking about how much fun I had it makes me thankful for how blessed I am. I have a wonderful Husband and Son, parents and friends. Some say the holidays are supposed to make you thankful for all you have. I have to say that the simple dinner we had tonight, catching up, laughing and having a good time is what does that for me. So I just want to say... Love you guys, thanks for being my friends and know how much you truly mean to me. If its been years, days or just mere hours since Ive seen you... it doesnt really matter, friendships and love last! Bless you all... because I sure am! And on a much lighter note... when the HELL did I get so old? D&B have been married 22 years next month.. thats just really wild. Their son gonna be 20 this year.... and next year is my 20th High School Reunion... it doesnt SEEM that long since High School...

As you could probably imagine, working 3 jobs is keeping me busier than Ive been in quite some time. Im enjoying the teaching but WOW I had no idea that my job at ClubCorp would get so busy at the same time!

We had the flu last week and thank goodness we are well now. Alright, I could probably write more and make this flow better (since I have a Master of Journalism) but Im tired and at the moment dont really care! LOL I slept for 12 hours last night... I havent done that in YEARS! I knew I was tired but WOW! Be good, Be safe and Hug someone you love and if you can... reconnect with an old friend. It sure made my night! (oh and this is a record.. I did the spell check, and not ONE misspelled word!)
